INTERCOOLER / BOOST CLAMPS Our intercooler/boost clamps are CNC machined from 6061 aircraft grade billet aluminum and hard anodised with anti-corrosion properties. Supplied with vi ton O-rings for the optimum seal and easy to install and adjust in those hard to reach places. We manufacture these for high pressure and high heat applications with a max operating pressure of 500PSI and a max heat rating of 200 °C there is never a need to worry. These specially designed clamps will handle anything you can throw at it and will withstand engine flexing, boost movement, vibrations, lateral misalignments within 12 degrees of axial movement.
