Internationale Eiswettlaufen - Davos (1905) Official poster for Davos’ legendary winter ice event Eisfest, held annually from 1894 to 1939, drawing spectators and competitors to th e resort each year. Red and black on icy grey, an Art Nouveau frame, and a skater captured mid-drive - caught mid-stride - pure motion turned into a graphic sign. Part of the Davos Internationale Eiswettlaufen poster series created by Walther Koch. A gift for someone who would choose a 1905 poster over yet another “Alpine Fresh” scented candle. Show more
