Our first foray into using mitsuro hikime wax, a Japanese wax made from pine resin and beeswax. We wanted to capture the endless dimensionality of oceans and waterways. Waves and c urrents moving back and forth, effortless but always changing. Hand formed out of wax, cast and finished in Vancouver.
