Details: This is practice, not theory. Two live sessions where I interview you the way I actually interview candidates, plus written feedback after each one so you can go back to it while you prepare. One session is not enough. The first one shows you exactly how you come across right now, which is usually not what you think. The second one is where you feel the difference yourself, because you have had time to work on it. That gap between the two is the whole point of this package. I have spent 10+ years on the hiring side. I know which answers make a recruiter lean in, which ones quietly end the conversation, and how much of it comes down to structure rather than talent. How we'll work together Step 1. After purchase, you receive a document with questions about your background, the roles you are targeting, and where you feel stuck. Send it back before our first session so I can prepare questions that fit your actual situation, not generic ones. Step 2. Session one, one hour. We spend the first 15 minutes on what is going wrong: past interviews, the questions you dread, what happened the last time you got rejected. Then I interview you for 30 minutes, properly, no stopping to be kind. The last 15 minutes are your verbal feedback while it is still fresh. Step 3. Within 3 business days you get your written feedback: what worked, what cost you, and how to restructure the answers that did not land. This is the document you will reread the night before the real thing. Step 4. You practice. Take your time, book session two when you have actually worked on it. Step 5. Session two, one hour. I interview you again, on the same kind of role, and we look at what changed. Written feedback follows within 3 business days.
