The Intipalka Chardonnay is pale yellow in colour with fresh and intense aromas of tropical fruit. The palate is round and fresh with delicate yet succulent tropical fruit flavours balanced by fine natural acidity. An unoaked medium-bodied Chardonnay with creamy texture and long finish. Prickly, grassy aromas needle away in front of a palate with a mix of bitter citrus and pyrazine-based flavors. Stale notes on the finish ensure that this Peruvian Chardonnay is challenging from start to end. Briny, yeasty haystack aromas lack fruit.
