This wine is obtained from carefully selected grapes left to dry on the vine. The grapes are harvested at the end of September and the wine is aged in oak barrels. This is an aroma tic wine of persistent flavour, with an intense bouquet and scents of candied fruit. Excellent as a dessert wine, best if matched with mild cheese.
