This class if for people who already have basic cooking skills. We will not teach you how to peel and chop an onion. We will focus on fish preparation and fish related cooking tech niques. Your tutor will discuss each species you will be working with, demonstrate technique and then guide you through the process. Cooking will be done as a group.
