This interactive course will examine the foundational concepts required to provide effective supervision in the human services. The importance of quality supervision cannot be overstated. It sustains the delivery of quality programming and more critically, ensures that clients receive the best possible support as they work through the challenges they are facing in their lives. This workshop is important for developing the skill set necessary for performing a supervisor’s role however, it can also serve as a short refresher for those currently acting as supervisors.
