Together they offer 12 oz of ground coffee for side-by-side tasting and comparison. It is the easiest place to begin if you are new to Drogo House, new to specialty coffee, or simply want to discover which profiles you enjoy most. Sampler or Full Bag? Morning Scribe — Breakfast Blend | Medium-Light Roast: Smooth, bright, and approachable with a rounded body and clean finish. Trailhead — Cowboy Blend | Medium-Dark Roast: Bold and layered with deep cocoa, warm caramel, smoky depth, and subtle vanilla. Single-Origin Preview The Introductory Rite also includes three single origins currently featured in the sampler ahead of their individual Drogo House releases. Peru — Amazonas Region: Bright citrus, soft herbal character, and smooth chocolate depth. Mexico — Chiapas Region: Creamy body with rich chocolate, dark cherry, and subtle orange brightness. Bali Blue Moon — Kintamani Highlands: Baker’s chocolate, orange peel, juniper nuance, and rich molasses character.
