Introspection is Luiz Bonfá's 1972 solo guitar masterpiece. Eight intimate originals recorded at RCA Studios in New York, stripped back to just the instrument. A quieter, deeply pe rsonal counterpoint to his famous bossa nova work—featuring pieces like Enchanted Mirror, Reflections, and the classically-influenced Concerto for Guitar. Closely miked and focused on touch and phrasing rather than display, Introspection stands as one of his most introspective statements. Show more
