Neon Pirate - West Coast Pils by Ocho Beer An IPA Theory series release IPA Theory is a new series of delicious hop-centric beers all about brewing creatively. We'll brew a new India Pale Ale as a limited release for the IPA Theory range every 6-8 weeks. Neon Pirate is the 12th release in our IPA Theory series, and we'd describe it as a West Coast Pilsner - having all the resiny-citrus hops of a West Coast IPA, as well as the lean malts and crisp balance of a Pilsner. Aroma= mango, pineapple, berries Flavour= mango, white grape and rockmelon. Dry mid-palate with a delightful citrus peel bittersweetness and peppery hop finish. Packaged 20 November 2025.
