The issue is related to getting the bearing spacer in the correct position so that the axle goes through. We advise you to be patient and understand that the frame is not faulty, just a little difficult to setup in the first instance. It should also be noted that the metal inserts to adjust the colour of the logo need to be either be used in full (2 per frame wall or 4 per frame) or none used at all.
