These are a beautiful schooling rainbowfish. They have several long flowing fins on top and bottom that resembles threads (given the name) The males can get beautiful colors when d ominant or breeding. They are a must-see when the males are showing off to each other. They are currently kept at around 72-77ºF and a pH of roughly 6.5-7.
