Iridium Fixed Mount Antenna The Iridium Fixed Mount Antenna is a permanent mount antenna, larger antenna that delivers improved reception over the Portable Auxiliary Antenna which comes standard with Iridium satellite phones. This water proof antenna is ideal for Vehicle, Building Roof top, or Marine use. . It works best if mounted on a metal surface w/ 15.8 inch surface or more on either side, but will work great on its own. Mounting requires a 1.6 cm (0.625 inch) diameter hole in the vehicle rooftop to secure the bolt hole for antenna cable. The included 15' cable is connected to the bottom of the antenna which can be unscrewed. This antenna will work on all Iridium Phones including the Iridium 9500, 9505, 9505a, 9555, 9575, Kyocera SS 66K, SD 66K, and Eurocom Marine phone. It is also compatible with the complete SatStation line of docks.
