The nose is fruity, plums and fresh cher ries with a hint of spice. On the palate it has a medium intense body structure with soft tannins and pleasing finish. Hand harvested grapes. Cold fermentation in stainless steel tanks with a maceration of about 14 days. No oak ageing. Awarded 90 points by James Suckling. Suggested food and wine pairing: Steak and meat dishes, pasta & sauce. Ideal to accompany traditional Argentinean asado and pastas. Show more
