Iris Guitars, based in Burlington, Vermont, was founded in 2018 under the auspices of Circle Strings. The guitar has a size that is reminiscent of the Gibson LG2. The OG offers a warm and dry sound with an impressive midrange thanks to its mahogany back and sides and Sitka spruce top. The guitar is ideally suited for fingerstyle, but also sounds beautiful when strumming chords.To enhance the authentic feel of the guitars from the glory days, Iris Guitars goes one step further with an aged finish that gives the guitars a played-in feel. The beautiful Sunburst finish is accompanied by an ivoroid binding and a firestripe pickguard for decoration.The guitar comes with a TFOA passport in a TKL hardshell case.
