'Irises.' Oil on canvas. 63cmx63cm including frame. The cradle frame is black. It holds the elements together beautifully. This painting was a pleasure to work on. The bright light and shadow made it fun and a wee bit daunting. I played around with how bright the yellow should be and how dark the shadow should be. I love sharp sunlight bouncing off walls.
