Our Iron goddess is from Muzha, an area just outside of Taipei. It's made with the Tieguanyin cultivar originally from Fujian, China. "Guanyin" is the Goddess of compassion and "Tie" means metal referring to the mineral rich content of the soil that translates into the tea in its home territory of Anxi, China.
