Love Is Love became a slogan because queer affection had to insist on something that should have been obvious. The phrase carries the history of marriage equality campaigns, Pride marches and everyday queer relationships refusing to be treated as lesser. In patch form it becomes smaller and more personal, less campaign placard and more little embroidered reminder that love does not become less legitimate when the genders change. The slogan stays front and centre instead of getting lost inside decorative detail, which is exactly what a Love Is Love patch needs. Embroidery gives the words a softer, more personal quality than a protest placard while keeping the message fully readable. Queer weddings and marriage-equality keepsakes give Love Is Love more history than its four words suggest. The patch is sentimental, political and just corny enough to deserve a place near the heart. Product details One embroidered patch with detailed stitched artwork. Custom heat-cut outline gives the design a clean finished edge. Heat-activated backing allows iron-on application to compatible fabrics. The patch can also be sewn down for a more secure long-term attachment. The equality-and-romance message suits wedding jackets, Pride bags and chosen-family gifts. Check the garment care instructions before applying heat. Buying five or more embroidered patches?
