The beautiful Reflection Green cast iron teapot is perfect for enjoying your favourite tea. This teapot is made from sturdy cast iron and has enamel coating on the interior to prevent rusting. Cast iron distributes heat evenly inside the pot to better extract the flavours and benefits of the tea. It will also keep your tea hot for up to an hour! - 800ml cast iron teapot - Stainless steel mesh infuser and trivet (included) - Matching cups available (sold seperately) Cast Iron & Heat: The enamel coating inside our range of cast iron teapots is a dark, glass enamel specifically formulated to coat the surface of cast iron. This coating has passed tests for leachable heavy metals, confirming that it is free from harmful substances, including lead, and complies with the European Commission Regulation & the German LFGB requirement. Due to this enamel coating, these cast iron pots are not recommended for a maximum temperature above 260° Celsius. We do not suggest these pots for direct contact with open flames, particularly fires, as it is not possible to regulate heat in these circumstances, which runs the risk of cracking or delaminating the enamel. Additionally, our range all have exterior colour coatings that are likely to burn and discolour with close contact with high heat levels.
