When Orris Absolute (80% Irones) went past six figures in cost per kilogram, Irone Alpha stepped up to takes it place in most fragrances. While it doesn't have the complexity of Or ris Absolute (which is a blend of Irone Alpha, Irone Gamma and Irone Beta), it is incredibly beautiful, powerfully diffusive and radiant. Irone Alpha is sweet and fruity (towards a raspberry note) with woody and seedy nuances and a distinctly iris heart. There is no question at all: no perfume lab is complete without this material. It is pricey but a little goes a long way. Effective from traces so we also offer it at 10% dilution in DPG. Show more
