Isager Highland is spun in Peru using Peruvian Highland sheep fleece. The yarn comes in 23 shades. The yarn has a relaxed 2 ply twist, making ideal for garments that need drape, su ch as a shawl. Each yarn shade has a subtle tweedy effect, which is very subtle. The yarn is perfect when added to a strand of Isager Silk Mohair, giving you a gorgeous DK weight yarn. The EF team have used Highland Wool for Hill Vest by Helga Isager and the Simon Shawl designed by Twin Set and Purl.
