ISC Heavy-Duty Prussik Pulley (Aluminium / Stainless Steel) The ISC Heavy-Duty Prussik Pulley range is engineered for demanding rope access, rescue, arborist, and industrial applications. Manufactured with tamper-proof rivets and independently accredited in the UK by a third-party test house, these pulleys comply with CE EN 12278 (2007) and NFPA (1983) requirements, delivering exceptional strength, durability, and reliability. Available with either Aluminium or Stainless Steel sheaves, the range can be configured with Bushings or Roller Bearings to suit different working conditions. Bushings are recommended for high-load, low-speed applications, while roller bearings provide smoother performance in low-load, high-speed operations. Models are available for ropes or steel cables up to 13 mm (1/2") or 16 mm (5/8"), with minimum breaking strengths ranging from 40 kN to 70 kN. All pulleys are individually serial numbered for complete product traceability. Fixed Wheel Shear Reduction versions are available on request (additional charges apply).
