Avant-garde punk legend and former Minutemen bassist Mike Watt is back with a second album from his latest project, Il Sogno Del Marinaio (translated as “The Sailor’s Dream”), a co llaboration with Italian musicians Stefano Pilia and Andrea Belfi.
