Directions for using ISLAND RAIN MEDICINAL PLANT SPRAY: For anxiety, stress, and panic attacks: Shake the bottle well and spray into a cupped hand. Then, cover your nose and mouth with your cupped hands and inhale. Some prefer to spray their face directly and inhale the mist. Remember to breathe deeply and repeat up to 10 times if needed.
