This 5 year old islay single malt scotch whisky is from an undisclosed distillery. It has been fully matured in a bourbon barrel. NOSE: Currants with samphire. Very coastal – smoke d mackerel. Brazil nuts. PALATE: More samphire/seaweed notes with a salty-sweet kick (sweet peppers). FINISH: Salty-tingly finish.
