Ista CO2 Mini Gauge Controller Precision Regulation and Automated CO2 Control The Ista CO2 Mini Gauge Controller provides adjustable pressure regulation and electrically controlled gas delivery for compatible ISTA disposable CO2 cartridges. Its compact dual-gauge design allows the user to monitor cylinder pressure and regulated output while the precision needle valve supports fine adjustment of the aquarium dosing rate. An integrated electronic solenoid allows the CO2 supply to be switched automatically through a compatible timer or aquarium controller, helping limit unnecessary gas delivery when the aquarium lighting is off. The controller does not include a CO2 cylinder, timer, tubing, bubble counter, diffuser or CO2 indicator unless supplied as part of a separate package. Keep the controller and solenoid dry and protected from aquarium splash. Never use tools to overtighten a hand-tightened connection. Close the cylinder and release all remaining regulator pressure before removing the controller. Ista Mini Gauge Controller Directions Turn the flow-adjustment control fully closed before attaching the controller to the compatible CO2 cartridge. Hand-tighten the connection without tools and attach CO2-resistant tubing to the outlet. Connect the solenoid to a compatible timer or controller and place it in the powered-on position. Open the cylinder supply gradually, then adjust the needle valve slowly while observing a connected bubble counter. Check all connections for leakage before continuous use. To remove the controller, close the cylinder completely, open the needle valve to release trapped pressure and wait until both gauges indicate that pressure has been discharged.
