The nose gives intense aromas of ripe red fruits, cherry and hints of spice and underbrush. The palate is fine and balanced.Ageing/Vinification: Fermentation is 15-20 days in concrete tanks at a controlled temperature (max 28°C). Submerged cap maceration for 45 days in concrete tanks.
