Istmo 2022 is produced from Carignano grapes, growing on a sandy soil, from 40 to more than 100 years years old vineyards. The two vineyards are coltivated according to the organic methods. Istmo 2022 was obtain with after a spontaneus fermentation, a maturation in still container, four rackings, one macro-filtration and bottling at La Casa di Sophia winery.
