A lovely pineapple daiquiri take that highlights the salted-banana funk of Smith & Cross jamaican rum. Ingredients: ¾ oz Pineapple Gum Syrup 1 ½ oz light rum ½ oz Jamaican rum (Smi th & Cross strongly suggested!) ¾ oz lime juice 1 dash cardamom bitters Instructions: Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds Strain into a chilled coupe Glass: coupe Garnish: pineapple leaves Photo: Dustin Popp Show more
