As we trust in the One who holds our hearts, He gives us peace that passes understanding. This relaxing herbal tisane sips gently with soothing chamomile and a fresh lemongrass character. Ingredients: Chamomile petals, lemongrass leaves. Gluten-free, nut-free, dairy free. Antioxidant level: Low Caffeine level: None Small batch blended and packaged in Canada. Store in a cool, dark and dry place. Steeping Instructions: Bring filtered and/or fresh cold water to a full, rolling boil. Put 1-2 full teaspoons of loose-leaf tea into a tea bag, infuser, cup or teapot, for each 8 oz./ 250 ml/ 1 cup of boiling water. Pour boiling water over tea. Cover and let steep for 3 - 5 minutes according to taste. For stronger tea, increase the steeping time. Strain tea leaves from water. Add flavour enhancers, if desired (sweeteners, etc.) Sip, savour and enjoy!
