Ciao panettieri! In this 3 hour class we will make a focaccia, a couple of ciabatta loaves and some olive grissini, with lots of bread chat about the delights of Italian baking. Ju st bring an apron and a bag for the spoils, and I'll provide the rest. Classes will take place in my bakery in Clarence House, in central Penzance, and run from 10am until 1.30pm with a maximum class size of 8.
