This variety is a good choice for Utah because it is very drought-tolerant once established, thrives in our hot, dry summers and alkaline soils with excellent drainage and full sun, and remains productive for years. It's great for containers. Its milder profile and versatility make it a kitchen essential that pairs beautifully with tomatoes, basil, and other Mediterranean herbs grown in local gardens.
