Italian Plastic Super Glou Red is a fun, juicy, chillable red blend from Italian Plastic, a lo-fi side project of McLaren Vale winemaker Sam Berketa (of Alpha Box & Dice). It’s mad e in South Australia from a mix of Malbec, Arneis and Carignan, with the fruit mostly destemmed and vinified with some whole bunches, fermented on skins for about a week then aged in a combination of older oak and stainless steel to keep the wine fresh and vibrant.
