A rounded, low-shouldered vessel finished in the soft matte surface characteristic of raku firing. The form carries sweeping smoke trails and speckling patterns that wrap organical ly around the piece, giving it a weathered, atmospheric presence. Dark marks and drifting lines read like charcoal drawn across pale clay. Raku is not food-safe, nor water-tight. For decoration only. As with all Raku-fired pottery this item is for display only.
