S'more BBLs (2019) --- 16.2% ABV Bourbon barrel-aged imperial stout blended with bourbon barrel-aged sour stout with marshmallow, cacao, graham cracker, and vanilla S’more BBLs is the next up in the BBLs lineage. This member-exclusive beer is one of the world’s highest ABV sour beers; and was conceptualized as a Bruery Terreux homage to our tradition of brewing high gravity, barrel-aged stouts. This big, viscous sour beer is a carefully crafted blend of Tart of Darkness & Black Tuesday, aged with marshmallow, graham crackers, cacao nib, and vanilla. Black & Blue & Red All Over BBLs (2020) --- 14.6% ABV Blend of sour and imperial stouts aged in bourbon barrels with blackberries, blueberries, cherries, and vanilla Black & Blue & Red All Over BBLs' unique flavor experience stems from its tastefully complex blend of sour and bourbon barrel-aged stouts. Fructuous flavors blossom with the addition of blackberries, blueberries, and cherries that are rounded at the finish with healthy a dosing of vanilla.
