Apply - Using the Petal Brush dipped in Blush Gel Paint, create the flower petals and cure. Use the Gold Mirror Art Pen to add delicate gold details (let it air dry)Curing time: 30 sec with the Pro Elio LED Lamp | 60 sec with any UV/LED Lamp or 2 minutes under a UV lamp.
