Ivy from the Block (Ruby) sees Ivy swinging in front of a block of sparkly ruby. Her metallic gold ropes pop from the work, as does her striking monochrome figure. I wanted to revisit this image again to celebrate the success of the Ivy in the Clouds earrings. I am creating just five paintings of each colourway. You can see how this piece is made in this short video here. This striking signed and numbered painting is hand-cut and hand-sprayed on gorgeous archival quality, acid-free, 300gsm paper. As such, each piece is unique, with its own individual (im)perfections. The medium grained textured paper is measures 50cm x 70cm.
