Puzzle Erasers are wildly various: there are dozens of different assortments of erasers available around the world, and each assortment contains a mixture of different colors, shapes, and structures. Some assortments only vary in color, while others contain erasers of vastly different shapes. Each Puzzle Eraser has multiple parts—some have as few as two pieces, while others have as many as six pieces. Most of the pieces are made from eraser material, but some aren't — like the functional wheels on the vehicle erasers and the labels on the packaged foods erasers.
