If coffee is spilling over the portafilter when making coffee , then your gasket is probably to blame. When changed your coffee cream will improve as you will have achieved the max imum extraction pressure of 9 bars. (The pressure will be constant as the filter basket has a full seal.)Compatible with Izzo E61 group heads.We recommend you change your gasket at least once every 12 months.
