Scooters India Sunny 100cc engine assembly (new old stock) Assembled & tested by Scooters India in the early 1990s, the engine has not been tested by us, so may need inspection. The engine uses either a late Starstream or a J-50 crankcase (20050001 does anybody have a late Innocenti parts catalogue with this part number in) with a 100cc cylinder barrel & piston (using a 14mm gudgeon pin instead of the usual 16mm gudgeon pin as used on Italian J-range models) earlier SIL Centos did use a 16mm gudgeon pin with there standard piston. Other modifications include a modified Starstream crankshaft, 4 speed oilseal plate, adjustable upper chain guide, adjustable from the outside, 3-speed gearbox (different to any other Innocenti J-Range gear box) & 12V electrical system. The Sunny 100cc engine assembly would be the ideal replacement to increase power for a J-50 engine but you would need Cento Sunny Fr engine mounts and spindle to fit into your J-range frame. The cylinder head cowling comes with a few minor stratch marks and dents. Discount not applicable
