ACT industrial sensor cables (actor cables) feature a TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) jacket, making them highly resistant to mechanical stresses, such as movement in a chain. The co nnectors are injection-molded with TPE, and the ingress protection rating is IP67. The Superflex Xtreme cable features individual cores composed of 19 copper wires, resulting in a cable diameter of AWG22. This design makes the cable more flexible than a standard AWG24/7 patch cable. Stranded conductors are composed of thin, uninsulated copper wires twisted together.
