Product Overview The large Jadco battery-operated analogue clock with an automatic calendar inset is ideal for people with cognitive impairment (people living with a diagnosis of d ementia or the visually impaired) and easily viewed from 20 metres away. The clock dial is contained within a shatterproof Perspex lens which conforms to food safety guidelines and uses reliable German Quartz Flip-Card movement for accurate timekeeping. The calendar automatically updates and self-adjusts for leap years whilst the flip card display remains readable under fluorescent lighting (a common problem with clocks that use LCD or Liquid Crystal Displays). The clock emits a ticking sound.
