Jade Mountain oolong, also known as Yu Shan Dadajia, is a delicate and fragrant high mountain lightly-oxidized oolong, harvested from a garden which resides on the eastern face just below a virgin forest on Yu Shan (Jade Mountain). The high-elevation garden enjoys both considerable sun but is also often enveloped in heavy cloud cover.
