Jakka is a 16 year old boy rescued from slavery in the rock quarries of South Asia. Since starting school in the children’s home, his favorite subject is math, and when he grows up , he wants to learn a trade that will help him provide for himself and for others. He wants to learn more about becoming an electrician and how to bring solar power to villages that don't yet have electricity. His training costs $1600 (donate the full amount here) or $133 a month for 12 months. When you sponsor a scholarship, 100% of your donation goes to provide Jakka with life-changing training.
