The Jamb Patch Kit should be used at the first sign of frame rust or corrosion on steel door frames. The Jamb Patch is designed to be compatible with many of the masonry frames supplied by US manufacturers including: Steelcraft ASSA Abloy Dean Steel Ceco Curries DCI Republic Pioneer Mesker Note: If more than 2” of rust is evident at the bottom of the frame, a Strike Jamb Patch or Hinge Jamb Patch should be used instead of the Jamb Patch Kit. *The non-handed design of the patented Jamb Patch means it can be installed on the left or right side of the door opening.
