This is our spin on a bayou classic! Cajun-spiced chicken, shrimp, and andouille combined with tender rice, “the holy trinity” (onions, celery and sweet peppers for non-bayou speak ers), crushed tomatoes, herbs, and a hint of our house cajun seasoning.
