James Mitchell was bred in 1861 in France and produces tidy, rounded, very double flowers that open flat in a delightful shade of pink with lilac undertones. He is a rather unusual rose with a very strong fragrance. Louise Clements first saw this once-blooming rose in England and fell in love with its beauty and marvelous scent. Show more
