Jane Weaver, the Manchester UK based singer / songwriter / multi-instrumentalist, has been making music under a variety of guises since the early 2000's. Over that time she has played in an indie band, performed as a solo folk artist, made hauntology with Ghost Box founders, The Focus Group, and, more recently, has incorporated krautrock rhythms and ambient and electronic textures into her compositions. For Flock, her 2021 release on Fire Records, she gave herself the brief of writing pop songs - and the results are fantastic......
