The Jantex bin dolly is a wheeled base designed to sit beneath a 120-litre waste bin, allowing kitchen staff to move heavy loads of waste across a kitchen floor without lifting. It is a straightforward, practical piece of kit that addresses one of the more routine but physically demanding tasks in any busy kitchen — clearing waste during and after service. In practice, a full 120-litre bin can become difficult and potentially hazardous to drag across wet or uneven kitchen floors. Fitting the bin to a dolly means waste can be wheeled to a collection point or external bin store with minimal effort, reducing the risk of strain injury and keeping the kitchen moving efficiently during peak periods. Allows a fully loaded 120-litre bin to be moved without lifting Reduces manual handling risk for kitchen staff Keeps waste removal quick during busy service periods Compatible with Jantex 120-litre bins and matching lids for a coordinated system Low-profile design fits neatly beneath the bin without raising overall height significantly The dolly is designed to work as part of the wider Jantex bin system, and bins, dollies, and lids can be mixed and matched to suit the waste management setup in a given kitchen. This makes it straightforward to build a practical, consistent waste station without overcomplicating the specification. If you are putting together a waste handling system for a new kitchen or replacing ageing equipment, our team are happy to help you work out the right configuration for your setup.
